| Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- You don't have to go to the Caribbean to have the flavor. Rub
a little bit of this hot and spicy jerk into the meat and allow to rest
overnight. Then slow roast or grill to bring the barbeque tradition of Jamaica
to your favorite "island". For a quick pick me up, add a
bit of jerk seasoning to your favorite barbeque sauce.

Scallions, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Salt, Black Pepper, Allspice, Nutmeg,
Citric Acid, Sugar, and Thyme
